A 36-year-old man from Laval, Quebec is facing charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking, resisting arrest, and possession of a dangerous weapon following an investigation by the Prince Albert Police Service’s Crime Reduction Team (CRT).
On the evening of Friday, January 7, police acting on a search warrant searched a hotel room in the city, along with a residence in the 2300 Block of 2nd Avenue West. Upon further investigation, police located individual baggies of crack cocaine, individual bags of cocaine, a small quantity of cash, cell phones, a functioning scale, and a pocket knife.
Lushell Amisial Pierre made his first appearance in court in Prince Albert earlier this week. [Information 991184465]. A 28-year-old Saskatoon woman is also charged with possession of a controlled substance in connection with this investigation. [Information 991184459]
