PAPS File# 2021-17971 Police have identified Norman Charles Custer, age 44, as the victim of a homicide that occurred on Saturday, May 22nd, 2021, in the 900 Block of 17th Street West. Initial calls to Police, Prince Albert Fire Department and Parkland Ambulance were of a motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian.
