Four people are facing charges following a weapons complaint in the area around Fourth Street and 13th Avenue East Sunday in which two men were injured. At approximately 7 p.m. Sunday, police were dispatched to a report of a weapons complaint involving four males who threatened a group of friends with a knife as they were longboarding.
