File #18-36100 – Robbery With Firearms
On October 31, 2018 at 5:46 a.m., Prince Albert Police Service attended to Victoria Hospital for a male victim that was shot in the foot. He alleged he was partying at a residence on the 100 Block of 20th Street East the prior evening with three other people when he was robbed of his cell phone and money and shot in the foot by another male.
Shortly after 10 a.m., three suspects were located and pulled over by the Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit (CFSEU) in a traffic stop of a cab on the 100 block of 23rd Street East. All three suspects were successfully arrested and two rifles and ammunition were seized.
A 30-year-old male from Saskatoon is charged with 16 firearms related offenses and breach of probation order to keep the peace and be of good behavior (Information #991070388).
A 32-year-old female from Prince Albert is charged with 14 firearms related offenses (Information #991070387).
A 25-year-old female from Saskatoon is charged with 14 firearms related offenses (Information #991070383).
The 32-year-old female and 30 year old male face additional charges of using a firearm in a robbery and aggravated assault.
All accused will appear before Prince Albert Provincial Court November 1, 2018.
