Three people are in custody after an investigation by the Integrated Street Enforcement Team (ISET) lead to the recovery of a stolen vehicle, a sawed off shot gun and drugs.
On June 14, 2018 just before 10:30 p.m. officers observed a stolen vehicle in the parking lot of a business in the 2200 Block of 6th Avenue East. Officer’s observed thee people inside the parked car. Officer’s approached the stolen car on foot and arrested the three occupants for possession of stolen property.
After searching the recovered stolen car police located a loaded sawed off shot gun, additional shot gun shells, 7.67 Grams of Marijuana and 1.12 Grams of Methamphetamine.
A 22-year-old male from Prince Albert (Info #991055056), a 23-year-old male from Prince Albert (Info #991055056) and a 20-year-old male from Cumberland House (Info # 991055056) have all been charged with numerous drug and firearm related charges as well as possession of a stolen vehicle.
All three accused will make their first court appearance in Prince Albert Provincial Court on Friday.
ISET is made up of members of the Prince Albert Police Service and Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
