File 2021-127666 – Weapons Complaint Police have charged two men following an incident in the area of 15th Street and 2nd Avenue West late Thursday evening. The occupants of a vehicle reported to police that a man in another vehicle had displayed a firearm while stopped at the intersection. Members on patrol immediately attended the area. Prince Albert Police are asking for the public’s help in locating Blair Cody McKENZIE, age 31. Police advise he should not be approached. After a court appearance on Friday, March 19, Blair Cody McKENZIE was mistakenly released from custody at the Prince Albert Correctional Centre before completion of his court-ordered sentence. Update: The Prince Albert Police Service, along with the Chief Coroner’s office, have identified the deceased person found at the scene of a house fire located in the 500 block of 5th Street East on March 20th, 2021 as 29-year-old Jeremy Starblanket of Ahtahkakoop Cree Nation. The Prince Albert Police Service has now deemed this to be a homicide investigation.
