Media Release - Police Lay Charge in Homicide of Dylan Chretien

Prince Albert Police File 2019-36959

Prince Albert Police have charged one man with second-degree murder in connection with the death of Dylan Chretien.

Human remains found near Prince Albert on December 4, 2019 were identified as those of 30-year-old Dylan Chretien, who was last seen October 27, 2019. Mr. Chretien’s death was determined to be the result of foul play.

A 33-year-old man is scheduled to make his first court appearance by phone at 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 11, 2020. [Information 991129980]

The accused was charged while on remand awaiting disposition on other, unrelated court matters.

The Criminal Investigations Division of the Prince Albert Police Service continues to investigate.
