The Prince Albert Police Service has charged two more impaired drivers.

On December 14, 2017 at approximately 1:30 a.m. patrol officers observed a vehicle driving erratically and conducted a Traffic Safety Act stop of the vehicle on 500 Block 22nd Street West.
The driver had appearances of intoxication and was arrested by the officer and taken back to the police station. Breathalyzers were conducted which the suspect failed.
The 30-year-old male from Prince Albert is charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and exceeding .08.
The suspect has since been released and their day in court will be January 18, 2017.

On December 14, 2017 at 2:16 a.m. officers received a report of a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) on 1500 Block 4th Street of a vehicle that had crashed into a meridian.
When officers arrived they questioned the female driver that appeared intoxicated. There was also evidence of alcohol in the vehicle. Upon arrest officers also retrieved a knife that was on the person of the suspect.
The female was taken to the police station and breathalyzer tests were conducted which she failed.
The 30-year-old female driver from Prince Albert has been charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and exceeding .08 and carrying a concealed weapon.
The suspect has since been released and will appear in court January 18, 2017.
