On January 3, 2019 at approximately 12:50 a.m., the Prince Albert Police Service was dispatched to a lounge on the 3200 Block of 2nd Avenue West for a break-and-enter in progress.
The male suspect had already left the premise and police tracked the suspect down running westbound on 32nd Street West and he was successfully arrested.
It is suspected that the suspect had hid in the premise until it was closed. The 37-year-old male from Whitefish First Nation Saskatchewan is charged with breaking out of the premise and breaching a probation order to keep the peace and be of good behavior.
