Two men are facing charges following an Investigation by the Integrated Crime Reduction Team (ICRT) earlier this month.
Police stopped the two men as they entered the city just after 10 p.m. the evening of December 9. Upon a search of their vehicle, police located just over 86 grams of methamphetamine concealed within the engine compartment. Police also seized more than $500 in Canadian currency, a small amount of American currency and a cell phone.
A 50-year-old man is charged with breach of court orders and is facing new charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of the proceeds of crime.
A 47-year-old man is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of the proceeds of crime in relation to this file.
