Weekend Update - December 3, 2018

The Prince Albert Police Service had a steady weekend responding to 220 calls for service between Friday evening and Sunday morning with 37 arrests.  Top calls for service were intoxicated person calls (25) and disturbance calls (24).

Impaired Driver #2018-39323

On Sunday, December 2, 2018 at 2:15 a.m., Prince Albert Police Service Patrol Unit was dispatched to a business on the 600 Block of Marquis Road for an intoxicated person call.

They located the female suspect behind the wheel of a vehicle parked in front of the hotel with damage to the vehicle. The damage was suspected to be from her hitting a nearby parked vehicle. The female suspect was arrested by police.

She was taken to the police station and failed the breathalyzer tests.

The 55-year-old female from Prince Albert is charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and exceeding .08. She is scheduled to appear before Prince Albert Provincial Court on January 22, 2019.
