Search Warrant - August 15, 2018

Fourteen people were arrested Tuesday morning after search warrants were served on two separate residences in the midtown area.

An investigation by the Prince Albert Integrated Street Enforcement Team (ISET) led to a search warrant being executed at 460 13 Street East and 406 11 Street East on August 14, 2018 just after 11:00 a.m. As a result of the search police seized numerous firearms, drugs, ammunition, cash and a bulletproof vest. Prince Albert Police Service Patrol Members, Special Weapons and Tactical Team (SWAT) and K9 assisted in the search and apprehension of suspects.

Two females and two males all from Prince Albert were charged with numerous firearms related charges (Info # 991061924).

File # 2018-26519 / 460 13 Street East

A male and female from Prince Albert were charged with numerous firearms and drug related offences (Info # 991061918).

A total of 54 criminal code charges were laid by police as a result of the two search warrants.

All suspects will appear in court today.

The search warrants are a result of Prince Albert Police Service focusing on weapon and drug offences. Since the beginning of August, 2018 from these focused efforts Prince Albert Police Service have laid a total of 127 charges and seized 10 firearms.

ISET is a unit made up of members from Prince Albert Police Service and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
