Investigators identified a suspect at the onset of the investigation, who has since passed away. The suspect in this file was never arrested and there are no other suspects. On August 17, 2022, police were notified of an assault which took place on August 14, 2022 involving the 85-year-old victim and a 76-year-old woman.
