Media Release - ICRT Investigation

Members of the Integrated Crime Reduction Team (ICRT) seized firearms and weapons as part of a police investigation Tuesday March 17^th, 2020. In the 900 Block of 2^nd Street East, ICRT members arrested a suspect on outstanding warrants and another suspect under the Alcohol and Gaming Regulations Act.

Upon further investigation, three loaded, modified firearms, a homemade taser, a knife and several rounds of ammunition were seized. (Photo Attached)

A 19-year-old man and a 25-year-old man are facing several firearms and weapons-related charges in relation to this file. (Information numbers 991124784 and 9911247888)
