Media Release - Drugs and Weapons Investigation

Members of the Prince Albert Police Street Enforcement Team seized multiple firearms, ammunition and various amount of packaged drugs as part of an investigation Thursday.

Officers acting on a search warrant searched a residence in the 1100 Block of 18^th Street West just after 8 a.m. Thursday morning.

Inside the residence, police located the following:

• 392 grams of methamphetamine
• 19 grams of crack cocaine
• Small amounts of cocaine and MDMA
• Sawed-off bolt action rifle
• Loaded, sawed-off 12-gauge shotgun
• Break action shotgun
• BB gun
• Three digital scales
• Score sheets
• Electric money counter

A 27-year-old female and a 55-year-old male are both facing various charges in relation to this file. [Information 991123461, 991123474]
