Impaired Driver

Impaired Driver – 2018-38114

At 10:43 p.m. on November 19, 2018, the Prince Albert Police Service responded to a suspected impaired driver in the Cornerstone Shopping District.

The vehicle exited the area driving northbound on 6^th Avenue and a vehicle stop was conducted by patrol.

The driver had visible signs of impairment and failed an Approved Screening Device (ASD). He was brought back to the police station where he failed subsequent breathalyzer tests.

A 21-year-old male from Prince Albert is charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and exceeding .08 (Information #991072336). The suspect has since been released to appear before Prince Albert Provincial Court on December 5, 2018.
