Impaired Driver

File # 2018-27675: Impaired Driver

On August 23, 2018 at approximately 2:40 a.m., officers located a vehicle on 15 Street East and 15 Avenue that ran over the meridian and was facing the wrong side of the road. The front tires were flat rendering the vehicle inoperable. A female was on scene who was visibly impaired and admitted to drinking and driving. She was arrested by officers and the vehicle towed.

A 33-year-old female from Muskoday First Nation has been charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and exceeding .08.

She has since been released and will appear in Prince Albert Provincial Court on October 29, 2018.
