September 26, 2018 - Impaired Driver

On September 26, 2018 at approximately 4:11 a.m. the Prince Albert Police Service was dispatched to a Report Impaired Driver (RID) complaint on the 600 Block of 28 Street East.

A 36-year-old female from Prince Albert is charged with impaired driving of a motor vehicle, and exceeding .08. The silver sedan was located on 6^th Avenue East and 15^th after it had stuck a traffic light and some road signs. Parkland Ambulance was called out to scene and assessed there were no major injuries. The female driver was arrested and taken back to the police station where breathalyzer tests were conducted which she failed.

The suspect has been charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and exceeding .08.

She has since been released and will answer to charges in court on October 29, 2018.
