Recovered Stolen Vehicles

Thanks to some good police work by PAPS patrol members two stolen vehicles were recovered this morning.

File # 2018 - 3801 - Recovered Stolen Vehicle

On February 8, 2018 shortly after 3 a.m. on February 8, 2018, an officer located a suspect vehicle stuck in a snow bank on the 700 Block of 12 Street West. The officer ran the vehicle plates and confirmed the vehicle was stolen earlier that day out of Saskatoon.

The male on scene was arrested. A 14-year-old youth from Saskatoon is charged with possession of stolen property over $5,000.

The youth will face charges in Prince Albert Provincial Court today (Info: 99104095).

File # 2018 - 3803 - Recovered Stolen Vehicle

On February 8, 2018 at 3:30 a.m. patrol members located a stolen vehicle travelling on 22nd Street West approaching 2nd Avenue West.

The vehicle was successfully pulled over by patrol and the vehicle occupants were arrested.

A 36-year-old male from Morinville, Alberta is charged with possession of stolen property exceeding $5,000, and being at large of his undertaking.

A 30-year-old female from Prince Albert is charged with taking a motor vehicle without the consent of the owner, obstructing a peace officer in the execution of their duty, being at large of their recognizance.

A 26-year-old male from Laloche, Saskatchewan is charged with taking a motor vehicle without the consent of the owner.
