File # 2018 - 13359: Possession of Methamphetamine / Weapons

On May 7, 2018 at 8:40 p.m. Prince Albert Police Service conducted a vehicle stop of a suspect vehicle on the 400 Block of 6 Avenue East.

The female driver and male occupant of the vehicle were both arrested. Police located over 100 grams of crystal methamphetamine, drug trafficking paraphernalia, several cell phones, a knife, and a replica firearm.

A 34-year-old female from Prince Albert is charged with possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a knife for a purpose dangerous to the public peace and obstruction of a peace officer (Information #991050759).

The 18-year-old male from Prince Albert is charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of a weapon a machete for a purpose dangerous to the public peace (Information #991050761).

The suspects will answer to charges in Prince Albert Provincial Court today.
