Prince Albert Police Service Increasing Patrols to Target Property Crime

The Prince Albert Police Service is reporting that property crime is trending upwards in the community and has initiated targeted patrols to address recent occurrences. Over the next few days, residents will see increased patrols across all areas of the city and are asked to report any suspicious activity to police, regardless of the time of day. The first of two groups participating in the annual Prince Albert River Runners program set off on their canoe trek Monday morning. A total of 21 local youths are participating in this year’s trips along the North Saskatchewan River. Another group is scheduled to take to the water July 29.
