File 2019-29407 – Break and Enter Police have released surveillance photos in connection with a recent break and enter to an underground apartment complex located in the 300 Block of River Street East. Police were called to the area around 7:40 a.m. Wednesday for reports that several vehicles in the underground garage were damaged and numerous items stolen.
