File 2019-38835 – CED Deployment Police were dispatched to a business near 15th Street and Second Avenue West early Wednesday morning for a complaint of a robbery. Officers were called to the area around 5:30 a.m. for a report of a man inside the business threatening staff with bear spray. The suspect refused commands to drop the spray and a Conductive Energy Device (CED) was deployed. An 18-year-old man was taken into custody in relation to this incident.
