The Prince Albert Police Service and Happy Charles’ family would like to remind the public that on April 3, 2019, it will be 2 years that Happy has been missing.

The Police Service thanks those who have already come forward with information over the last two years, but we are again requesting the public’s assistance. Happy Charles’ family and the Police Service urge anyone that has not come forward with information in relation to Happy Charles, to do so. Those with information can call the Happy Charles Tip Line or leave the information anonymously with Crimestoppers.   

Happy was last observed April 3, 2017 at 1150 pm in the area of Kinsmen Park and Central Avenue walking alone. At this time Happy was wearing white shoes, sweat pants, long dark jacket over top a leather jacket, a dark baseball cap, wearing a black backpack and carrying a white plastic bag. Happy was also wearing dark framed eyeglasses.
