Prince Albert Police responded to 269 calls for service between Friday evening and Monday morning. Members also conducted numerous neighbourhood strengthening patrols throughout the community.
File 2021-19932 – Break and Enter
Police were called to a business on Central Avenue Sunday morning for a report of a break and enter. A man was spotted on camera entering the business at approximately 5 a.m.
Later the same day, members on patrol in the 500 Block of 15th Street East spotted a man matching the description of the suspect wanted in connection with the earlier break and enter. He was arrested at the scene and is facing one of count of break and enter in relation to this file. [Information 991162905]
File 2021-19892 – Assault with a Weapon
A 25-year-old man is facing charges of assault with a weapon and mischief following an incident at a business in the 200 Block of 32nd Street West late Saturday night. Police were called to the area for a report of a man who had caused damages inside the store and assaulted an employee.

File 2021-19831 – Weapons
Members on patrol at approximately 9:45 p.m. located a vehicle matching the description of a stolen vehicle in the 600 Block of 36th Street East. Upon further investigation, police located a firearm, a large quantity of ammunition and stolen license plates.
A 27-year-old man is charged with several weapons-related offences, along with breach of court conditions and possession of stolen property. [Information 991162846]
File 2021-19712 – Assault with a Weapon, Theft
Police responded to a complaint at a business along 15th Avenue West Friday afternoon for a report of a woman threatening staff with a knife. The woman allegedly threatened staff after being evicted from the store.
A 26-year-old woman is facing charges of theft and assault. [Information 991162806]
