Members of the Prince Albert Police Service responded to 237 calls for service over the weekend. The majority of calls involved disturbances and intoxicated persons.
File 2019-42568 – Impaired Driving
Police were called to the intersection of 15th Avenue and Seventh Street East Sunday evening for a report of a vehicle hitting a tree. The incident happened around 7:30 p.m.
A 21-year-old woman is charged with impaired driving and exceed .08 in relation to this incident. She is scheduled to appear in court January 27, 2020.
File 2019-42474 – Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle Causing Bodily Harm
Police were dispatched to the intersection of 15th Street and 15th Avenue East for a report of a vehicle accident just before 11:30 p.m. Saturday. A 28-year-old woman and a 25-year-old man were taken to hospital by Parkland Ambulance for further care and attention.
A 34-year-old woman has been charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm and exceed .08 in relation to this incident. [Information 991115780]
2019-42361 – Impaired Driving
A 36-year-old man is facing charges of impaired driving and exceed .08 following an incident early Saturday morning. The man was arrested after an officer on routine patrol around 7:30 a.m. spotted a vehicle driving erratically near the intersection of 22nd Street and Second Avenue West. [Information 991115736]
