Media Release - SET Investigation File 2021-4469

Two men are facing charges following an investigation by the Prince Albert Police Service’s Street Enforcement Team (SET) last week.

On the afternoon of February 4, 2021, SET members acting on a search warrant searched a residence in the 600 Block of 7^th Street East. Members were assisted in the search by officers on patrol and the Integrated Crime Reduction Team (ICRT).

Upon further investigation, police located just over 45 grams of crack cocaine, more than 120 grams of methamphetamine and approximately eight grams of Psilocybin. Members also seized more than $7,000 in cash, a loaded shotgun and ammunition, brass knuckles, a functioning taser, and bear spray.

Cameron Alexander Morin, age 26 is facing numerous drug and weapons-related charges in relation to this file, along with charges of breach of probation and breach of court-ordered release conditions. [Information 991153085].

Kyle Crain, age 29 is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking. [Information 9911153097]
