Media Release – One Year Anniversary of Dorian Michel Homicide

July 27th, 2021 marks the one year anniversary of Dorian Michel’s homicide.
Last year on Monday, July 27th, 2020, at 12:30 a.m. police and Parkland Ambulance responded to a call of a serious assault in the 400 Block 18th Street West. Dorian Gene Michel, age 27, was transported to the Victoria Hospital but succumbed to his injuries.
Since that time, Dorian Michel’s death has been deemed a homicide & continues to be investigated by the PAPS Criminal Investigation Division.
The police would like to thank the members of the public who have provided information about this homicide to this point. The police are asking anyone who has contacted the service in the past with information about Dorian to once again call in or contact the Prince Albert Police Service because follow up with previous tipsters can often lead to new information valuable to the investigation.
