Media Release - Human Remains Identified in Homicide File

UPDATE – Prince Albert Police continue to investigate the homicide of 24-year-old Tristan Chaboyer and have confirmed that human remains located northeast of Prince Albert earlier this year belong to Chaboyer.

The remains were located in a wooded area northeast of the city. They were confirmed to belong to Tristan Chaboyer following DNA testing.

Tristan Chaboyer was reported missing September 4, 2020 and his disappearance was determined to be a homicide in June of this year.

Members of the Criminal Investigations Division with the Prince Albert Police Service continue to investigate.
