ISET Drug and Weapons Seizures – November 8, 2018

File 18-36905: ISET – Drugs and Weapons Arrests

On November 7, 2018, at 12:05 p.m. the Prince Albert Integrated Street Enforcement Team (ISET) arrested a suspect male in his truck parked in front of his residence on the 300 Block of River Street East for possession of cocaine and methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking.

Officers located a large amount of Canadian currency, baggie of methamphetamine weighing approximately 1.28 grams, brass knuckles and methamphetamine pipe.

The house was then searched with a search warrant and a conductive energy device (taser), bottle with suspected GHB, a bag of methamphetamine weighing 3.17 grams, a bag of MDMA weighing 1.88 grams and other drug trafficking paraphernalia were located in the residence.

A female occupant in the household was arrested and charged.

A 37-year-old female from Prince Albert is facing six charges. She is charged with two offenses related to the conductive energy device, possession of methamphetamine, possession of GHB and possession of MDMA (Information # 991071204).

A 42-year-old male from Prince Albert, Saskatchewan is facing 11 charges. He is charged with six weapons related charges, possession of methamphetamine, possession of GHB, possession of MDMA, possession of proceeds of trafficking exceeding $5,000, and breach of his recognizance to not possess or consume drugs or to possess firearms (Information # 991071202).

The suspects appeared before Prince Albert Provincial Court on November 8, 2018.

ISET is made up of members of the Prince Albert Police Service and Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
