Four people are in custody after being pulled over by police in a stolen car. At 12:30 a.m., December 22, 2017 Police observed a stolen car being operated in the Unit Block of 28th Street West. Patrol members initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of 2nd Avenue West and 15 Street West. Police arrested four people out of the recovered stolen car without incident. The Prince Albert Police Service is asking residents to exercise caution if you receive a phone call advising you have won money.   Some recent telephone frauds involve persons unknown contacting the public and advising them they have won money. Directions are given to attend their bank in order to receive the prize. Good work by patrol members yesterday in catching two repeat criminals breaching probation. A 3:32 p.m. on December 19, 2017, patrol was dispatched on a call of at least one potential male that was seen on the street checking vehicles and yards.
