File 2022-41515 Just before 2 a.m. Tuesday, officers on patrol initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed that failed to stop at the intersection of 1st Avenue and 28th Street West. Upon further investigation, police located a firearm inside the vehicle.
