2022-10208 – Weapons Complaint Police responded to a report of a weapons complaint Tuesday morning after a man reported he had been threatened by another man with a knife. Officers located the suspect in the Unit Block of 14th Street East and he was arrested at the scene. Dwayne Whitefish, age 42, is charged with possession of a dangerous weapon in relation to this incident.
