July 27th, 2021 marks the one year anniversary of Dorian Michel’s homicide. Last year on Monday, July 27th, 2020, at 12:30 a.m. police and Parkland Ambulance responded to a call of a serious assault in the 400 Block 18th Street West. Dorian Gene Michel, age 27, was transported to the Victoria Hospital but succumbed to his injuries. Prince Albert Police Note Decrease in Violent, Non-Violent Crime Today, the Canadian Centre for Justice and Community Safety Statistics (Statistics Canada) released the 2020 Crime Statistics and the Crime Severity Index (CSI) values for Canada.
