File 2021-4422 – Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Two men are facing charges after members on routine patrol conducted a vehicle stop in the 4200 Block of 5th Avenue East at approximately 1:30 a.m. Thursday morning. The driver of the vehicle was found to be without a valid license and the vehicle was seized.
