File 2020-46202  Just before 9:30 p.m. Saturday night, members were dispatched to a residence in the 700 Block of 28th Street East for a complaint of a disturbance involving an aggressive male who was causing damage to a residence. When police arrived, the man was attempting to fight another man and was assaultive toward a woman in the residence.
