File 2019-41856 – Mental Health Incident A 37-year-old male has been connected with the Police and Crisis Team (PACT) following a mental health incident late Tuesday morning on the Sixth Avenue East viaduct. Police were called to the area around 11:45 a.m. for a report of a suicidal male.
