The Prince Albert Police Service is inviting the public to ‘shake a paw’ one last time with Police Service Dog (PSD) Daxa on her last day of work Thursday,December 20, 2018. Daxa has served the Prince Albert Police Service alongside her police partner Constable Bighetty for the past five years. During her time at the Service she has been deployed over 500 times, has caught over 200 suspects and assisted in solving many crimes.
