One man is in custody after driving impaired and refusing to supply a breath sample on Tuesday afternoon. On August 28, 2018 at 3:30 p.m. police received a complaint of an impaired driver in the 400 Block of River Street East. File # 2018-28276 On August 28, 2018 at 3:00 a.m. on routine patrol officers observed a male known to be on court ordered conditions entering a SUV in a parking lot of a business in the 2600 Block of 2nd Avenue West. Patrol officers approached the vehicle and spoke with the male, sitting in the driver’s seat and three passengers.
