File # 2018 - 17793: Theft of Motor Vehicle
Prince Albert Police Service was dispatched to 400 Block 22nd Street East around 11:17 a.m. on June 10, 2018, regarding a theft of motor vehicle. A van was stolen from the residence's driveway.
Officers recovered the vehicle later that day when it was located abandoned on 1st Avenue and 27 Street East.
File # 2018 - 17817: Weapons Call
At 4:04 p.m. on June 10, 2018 the Prince Albert Police Service was dispatched to the 3600 Block of 2nd Avenue West on a call of a male with a weapon in the parking lot.
A male matching the description was located and arrested.
A small hand-made taser device was recovered from the arrested suspect.
The 14-year-old male youth from Prince Albert is charged with possession of a weapon for a purpose dangerous to the public peace.
The suspect will answer to charges in Prince Albert Provincial Court today. (Information #9901054623).
File 2018-17583: Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle
On June 8, 2018 at approximately 11:05 p.m. the Prince Albert Police Service attended to a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) at 5th Avenue West and 23rd Street of a vehicle that had crashed into a fence near a school.
The female driver had visible signs of intoxication and was arrested by police on scene.
The 20-year-old female from Birch Hills, Saskatchewan is charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by alcohol and failure to comply with demands to provide a breath sample (Information # 991054536).
The suspect will answer to charges in Prince Albert Provincial Court today.
