Police are investigating a report of a break and enter to a business on Central Avenue and are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect seen on surveillance video. File 2022-37673 Members on Patrol overnight encountered a large black bear within city limits. Officers encountered the bear around midnight in the 1300 Block of 2nd Avenue West. The bear began moving through the nearby residential area and into a yard in the 300 Block of 14th Street West.
