File 2023-263 A 40-year-old woman is charged with aggravated assault and uttering threats following an incident at a multi-unit residential building in the 700 Block of 1st Avenue East. The incident happened at approximately 7:30 p.m. Monday. The woman gained access to the building and is reported to have threatened residents with a knife and assaulted a man before fleeing.
