Media Release - ICRT Investigation

A 19-year-old man is facing several weapons-related charges following an investigation by members of the new Integrated Crime Reduction Team (ICRT).

ICRT members located a man walking in an alley in the 200 Block of 24th Street West Monday afternoon who was wanted by police on an outstanding warrant. Upon further investigation, police located a sawed-off firearm and several baggies of crystal meth.

The accused was scheduled to appear in Prince Albert Provincial Court Tuesday morning. [Information 991123843]
