File 2023-4619 Two women are facing charges after police recovered a stolen vehicle, and located methamphetamine and cocaine. At approximately 2:30 a.m. Wednesday morning, officers on patrol identified a vehicle that had been reported stolen and performed a traffic stop in the 900 Block of 13th Street West.
