File 2022-25662 – Wilful Damage On Monday afternoon just after 4 p.m., officers responded to a report of a man damaging property in the yard of a residence in the 900 Block of 18th Street West. The man was reportedly causing damage to the residents’ back yard shed, dog house, flowers and garden, and removed a small aluminum boat.
