UPDATE – Investigators from the Criminal Investigation Division and Forensic Identification Section continue to investigate a serious incident at a residence in the 300 Block of 9th Street East. A police presence will remain in the area on Wednesday. Police responded to the scene early Monday morning and on arrival observed evidence of a serious assault, however no victims were located.
