On Sunday, November 7, 2021, shortly before 3 p.m., members of the Prince Albert Police Service arrested a 33-year-old man on outstanding warrants without incident. The man was transported to the Prince Albert Police Service detention area to await a court appearance by a provincial court judge.   At approximately 7:30 p.m. Sunday evening, the man was located unresponsive in his cell.
