File 2019-24858 – Attempt Theft Members with the Prince Albert Police Service quickly apprehended a man suspected of breaking into mailboxes at an apartment building in the 800 Block of First Avenue East early Thursday morning. Police were called to the area just after 1 a.m. Thursday after someone reported seeing suspicious activity in the building.
