File # 2019-17831- Robbery A quick response by police led to the arrest of a 42-year-old man following a robbery Tuesday evening. Police responded within minutes to a complaint of a robbery in the 1200 Block of First Avenue West around 8:20 p.m. A man reported that someone wearing a mask and carrying a knife demanded his watch.
