UPDATE: A 29 year old male has been charged with Second Degree Murder [Information #991085341] in connection with the death of a two year old on March 20, 2019. Male will have his first Court appearance on Tuesday March 26, 2019 at 0930 A.M. On Wednesday March 20th, 2019, just after 12:00 noon, Police and Parkland Ambulance responded to a call at a downtown apartment building where a two-year old was reported to be unconscious.
